How do I return an item?

You may return the item(s) to us for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers will pay for the required postage. The DVD's must not be played and still sealed in the original packaging to avoid people making illegal copies. We must receive the entire lot back for a refund, you may NOT keep the ones you like and return the rest. There are no returns on Clearance Items. There are NO returns on International orders (except UK ). Please provide us the Tracking number of the Returned item/items. Refunds can take up to 30 days to post.

Oversea release is the release outside of USA. Oversea release could be USA studios release their product in the oversea market, or foreign studios release in the local market. For same title, the difference between oversea release and USA release are:
1. The packaging is usually different, and may have small foreign writing on the cover or discs.
2. Extra subtitles may be added for other languages. (These can be turned off using your DVD player.)
3. Extra audio may be added. (Again, this can be turned off using your DVD player.)
4. Special or bonus features may be different.
5. As you can see, our prices are much lower!
